The lunch market opens for a Burgers, Beer and Bourbon night, which features two menu items: the debut of the Publican Classic Burger and a surprise second burger offering ($10 with fries) that you can pair with draft or bottled beer, a Coke or a shot of Old Rip Van Winkle bourbon ($5). 6-9 p.m.

Chef Patricio Sandoval kicks off May's Tacos for Strength campaign with guest chef Justin Large's (Big Star) taco de ostiones-fried oyster tacos with chipotle mayo and spicy radish slaw-to benefit national hunger organization Share Our Strength. Grab three for lunch ($12.50) or four for dinner ($16.50) through May 31. 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. and 5 p.m.-1 a.m.
